Challenges of the Organization and Objectives of Fitzer
Know and understand the functionality of third-party systems that control Fitzer's orders and inventories for the transfer of goods on behalf of Bind. It was proposed to take Bind's ERP as the central source of information, given the existing functionalities and integrations.


How do we help Drink Fitzer?
Fitzer makes a light, low-carb alcoholic beverage that is distributed through Uber Eats, Shopify, and Amazon. Previously there was an integration with miPOS and it was replaced with the Deliverect API. An Inventories module was built to update data manually or through a file.
Codster proposes to integrate the data from the sales platforms in order to have Fitzer's own BackOffice, for control of products, warehouses, branches and agility to make sales decisions.
Project objectives

Develop a technological solution that includes the integration of technical components.

As a result, a Web BackOffice was delivered to view the integrated data.

In addition to having a Dashboard of sales, marketing, inventory and financial indicators that facilitate decision making in the business.
Technologies implemented in the development of the project
Drink Fitzer adopted AWS technologies and integrated the use of Amazon Quicksight for the generation of metrics with integrated data from the different technologies that were implemented with the development of the BackOffice.
During this stage, the Fitzer team participated in various outreach sessions between the MiPos team and Bind to learn more about how the technology works.



Advantages and improvements of the project
Have a technological solution as a result of the integration of technologies such as MiPos, Bind, Shopify, Deliverect and Amazon that allows them to have control of orders, inventories, points of sale and assortments in stores.
A Dashboard is developed with marketing, sales, inventory and finance metrics that is consumed by the BackOffice itself and allows these indicators to be shown to system users.

At the end of the development of the project and with the implementation of the BackOffice for its operations, the integration objective was achieved.
